Weight Training Helps Improve Memory
Over time, we became more and more often forgotten something. Whether it’s misplaced or forgotten items where if we have an appointment, and so forth. Some people may consider it trivial, but for some others, it will greatly affect everyday life. Decrease in our memory in line with age is normal, in which the brain is sometimes needed more time to recall information or to process new information.
However, several factors can also cause memory loss, as is the existence of certain diseases that attack the brain, depression, head injury, emotional trauma, the use of illegal drugs, or vitamin deficiency problems and other nutrients.
Build Confidence
Suggestion is an advice in form of sentence or statement that is convey to someone in order to change him like we want to. While subliminal message is a certain suggestion that has frequencies below our conscious hearing. The purpose is to convey suggestion directly into the subconscious mind without passing trough conscious mind. A suggestion can be very effective and last longer (permanent results) by using this way.
The source of all feelings is subconscious, which becomes part of our minds that we can not control consciously. You must have felt how difficult it is to hide feelings like fear, shame, hesitant, insecure, sad, angry, hurt, disappointed, etc. You probably have the desire to eliminate those feelings, but I can assure you that it is not easy.
The more you resist, the stronger the feeling. That’s how subconscious indeed working in shaping human feelings. Everyone needs more courage to face a tough job or to face problems with confidence.
Prevent Brain Shrinkage With Walking
Walking at least six miles in a week might be the thing that you can do in order to prevent brain shrinkage and dementia. Brain shrinkage during adulthood can cause memory problems. The result of our research should encourage a good physical exercise method for the elderly as a promising approach in order to prevent dementia and Alzheimer.
Alzheimer is the most common form of dementia, which slowly killed the brain cells. Activity like walking has been proven can increase the brain’s volume.
If regular exercise for elderly people can improve the brain’s health and improve their memory and thinking in the future, then I think it simply became a reason for doing regular exercise at every age group in order to improve people’s health.
